Ren collects initial baseline data to assess readiness and existing solar assets. This is followed by a digital program kick-off in collaboration with the brand.
For interested and qualified suppliers, we collect additional data (utility bills, structural drawings, etc.) through RenConnect supplier portal.

If the supplier decides to move forward, they can sign an LOI through RenConnect.
Ren selects the best-fit developer through an efficient RFP process or a direct negotiation (depending on country) and qualified facilities are grouped into aggregated cohorts to achieve economies of scale.
Ren negotiates the contracts between developers and suppliers and troubleshoots issues that arise as developers prepare for installation. For facilities that don't qualify for onsite solar, we provide options to decarbonize through other appropriate market specific mechanisms.
We generally see a 50-80% success rate from the initial batch of suppliers contacted and those with renewables procured in some way.
